On Friday, December 13, COTE Magazine in collaboration with Hôtel Le Negresco and FDMAN had the great pleasure of welcoming guests to the Grand Bal, a benefit evening to benefit the Frédéric Gaillane Foundation, Europe’s first guide dog school for visually impaired children.
